Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We offer refunds for priority package purchases under the following conditions:

• Request made within 7 days of purchase
• No substantial use of the priority benefits
• Technical issues that prevent you from using the service

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Ban or suspension from the server for rule violations
• Change of mind after using priority benefits
• Requests made after 7 days of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Join our Discord server
2. Open a ticket in the #support channel
3. Provide your purchase details and reason for refund

We process refunds within 14 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your priority package subscription at any time, but no refunds will be given for unused portions of the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent ban from all NXT Global services.
