You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to follow all server rules and guidelines as posted on our website and Discord server. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
• Harassment or discrimination of other players
• Advertising other servers or communities
• Any illegal activity under applicable laws

4. Priority Packages

Priority packages are subscription-based services that provide in-game benefits. By purchasing a priority package, you agree to:

• Recurring payments until canceled
• Our refund policy as outlined separately
• That benefits may change with server updates

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Server after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Server immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NXT Global Roleplay be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Server.
